SHIPPING

Standard shipping within Australia is $10.00

FREE SHIPPING for Aus orders over $150.

Shipping charges will be automatically calculated for you as you work through the check out process.

RETURNS POLICY

RETURNS FOR DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
Should your goods arrive damaged or faulty then please advise us within 2 business days of receiving your delivery via email ateliercrafers@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged item.
Our office will reply within 24 hours regarding the options to return the order. Once we receive the items back for inspection, our office will contact you regarding a refund or replacement item. You should also ensure that return shipping has tracking and insurance as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Return shipping charges will be waived only if the returned item is faulty.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR CHANGE OF MIND
If you wish to apply for a product exchange or credit note, please let us know within 5 business days of receiving your order via email ateliercrafers@gmail.com
Our office will contact you within 24 hours regarding options to return the items. Any returned items must be in perfect condition with no damage to the item or packaging & ensure that any tags or labels are still intact. Once we receive your items back we will contact you regarding credit note/exchange options.
You should also ensure that return shipping has tracking and insurance as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.

Exchange items will be processed as a return and a new sale and will incur shipping fees.
