Ingredients: Sencha Green Tea (Camellia Sinensis)
Preparation: Bring fresh, cold water to the boil. Infuse 1 tsp of loose leaf tea or a tea bag per person in a cup or teapot. Allow to steep for 5 to 7 min for desired strength. Best served without milk, hot or chilled, with honey or lemon to taste.
