Ceramic Yarn Bowl - Terra cotta
The Yarn Bowl allows you to knit or crochet without having to chase after your ball of yarn. The yarn stays in the bowl, rolling around in the bowl as it unwraps without tangling. Thread the yarn through the spiral opening or use the two holes if working two socks, mittens, sleeves, etc. at the same time.
This yarn bowl would be perfect for someone who loves to knit or crochet!
This is a wheel thrown ceramic bowl that has been fired in an electric kiln. This piece has a creamy coloured glaze wash to the interior and an unglazed terra cotta exterior. Hand carving adorns the outside of the bowl and is decorated with cut outs and holes for both thread and needles.
Measures 9cm high x 15cm diam.
Hand made by Indigo Clay in her studio at Port Noarlunga, South Australia.
