$390, for two, full-day sessions on Wednesday, June 23 and 30, 10am to 4pm and includes live model sessions. Lunch and beverages are available to order from our cafe (please order on arrival).
Suitable for anyone who has completed Julia’s Drawing for the Terrified class or an equivalent course that introduces the basic rules of drawing. An introduction to drawing portraits from life, graduating from the basics of establishing proportions to eventually capturing mood and character. You will be working exclusively from live models, using a selection of different drawing media.
A materials list will be supplied on enrolment.
Julia has been teaching Drawing for the Terrified (DFTT) classes and workshops for over 25 years, both in South Australia and in the UK. She is a professional illustrator and a trained teacher of adults.
She gives classes in life drawing, pastels and mixed media, watercolour and printmaking.

Terms and conditions: Payment at time of booking is essential.

Fees are non refundable unless classes are cancelled by the tutor for reasons of minimum numbers not being met, or other reason provided. Check costs at time of booking as they are subject to change without notice. Materials are not included unless stated

Please choose carefully, Atelier Crafers does not provide refunds or transfers except where an event is cancelled by Atelier Crafers.
Should you miss one or more sessions – full fee is still payable.

Where can I park?

Atelier Crafers is on Cox Place, Crafers – directly behind the BP service station on Main Street.

Parking is available at the tennis courts on Sharrod Court at the rear of Atelier Crafers and on the kerb opposite Atelier Crafers. We ask that you do not park in the car parks designated as private or in other people’s driveways.

An accessible parking space is available at the front of Atelier Crafers for those who have a disabled parking permit.

Bus routes run up the freeway regularly to the Crafers park n ride and the Main Street of Crafers.

Where can I buy coffee and food?

We have a full café that will be available before, during and after your workshop. If you are requiring lunch, please ensure you order before 11am as our cafe can become quite busy at lunch times and we may not be able to serve your food before your art class recommences.
