From a Fence Post - Jarrah - Eucalyptus marginata
Once a living tree and useful. After being felled, a gate post, then redundant. Rescued from a firewood pile, and turned into a useful vessel. After turning, an elongated hole was produced using drill and a circular chainsaw. The cavity was then smoothed, textured and stained. The piece displays black gum veins and exquisite tones.
