Ingredients: Low Tannin Black Tea (Camellia sinensis), Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum), Cloves (Sysygium aromaticum), Black Pepper (Piper nigrum), Cinnamon (Cinnamomum aromaticum) & Ginger (Zingiber officinale)
Flavour: Warming Aromatic Spice
Preparation: Bring fresh, cold water to the boil. Infuse 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea or 1 tea bag per person in a cup or a teapot. Allow to steep for 5 to 10 min for desired taste. Serve with a dash of milk, sugar or honey, with or without milk.
Chai Latte Recipe: 1 tsp tea in a half cup of water, allow to steep, fill rest of cup with warm milk or soy milk. Sprinkle with cinnamon to decorate.
