Mermaid Tail Earrings – Amethyst | Silver Rose Jewellery
Handcrafted in the Adelaide Hills by Silver Rose Jewellery, these distinctive Mermaid Tail Earrings have been created from the bowls of vintage sterling silver spoons hallmarked in London in 1929.
The antique spoons carry the RWB sponsor’s mark associated with Richard Woodman Burbridge, chairman of Harrods, together with the London leopard’s head and 1929 date letter.
Each spoon bowl has been individually sawn and shaped to create a flowing mermaid-tail silhouette while retaining the beautiful fluted detail of the original silver. Rich purple Amethyst beads add a beautiful point of colour.
Finished with handmade sterling silver ear hooks.
